Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how the Transformational Leadership planning of the Madrasah Head in Innovative Educational Activities Mts Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Second, Bagaimana organizing the Transformational Leadership of the Madrasah Head in Innovative Educational Activities Mts Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Third, Transformational Leadership Briefing of Madrasah Heads in Innovative Educational Activities at Mts Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This research uses qualitative methods and a case study approach. The main techniques in collecting data are observation, and in-depth interviews. The results of the research obtained show that Transformational Leadership has a considerable role in supporting the learning process carried out by teachers and this will affect the innovation of educational activities in schools. A transformational leader has a leadership style that is able to explain how he or she leads, transforms a team or institution by creating, communicating and modeling a vision and inspiring teachers, employees, students, parents, and the community to strive to achieve that vision.
