The 21st century demands that teachers continually innovate to address increasingly complex educational challenges. Technological innovation is a key solution for enhancing teacher training to meet these challenges. This study aims to explore the role of technological innovation in improving teacher training to face the challenges of 21st-century education. The research method employed is a literature review, collecting information from reliable sources on technological innovation in education and teacher training. The results indicate that technological innovation can enhance teacher training by facilitating access to information, enabling collaboration among teachers, increasing time and cost efficiency, and improving the quality of learning. However, the integration of technological innovation is not without challenges and risks. Challenges include limited access to technology and lack of technological skills among some teachers, as well as the risk of employing technology that does not align with educational needs and objectives. Addressing these challenges and risks requires support from various stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, the technology industry, and the teacher community.
