Abstract
This study aims to provide an analysis of the Graduate Competency Standards Policy at various educational levels, including early childhood education, primary education, general secondary education, vocational secondary education, and higher education as formulated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture. The research utilizes a literature review approach, carried out in several stages. The initial stage involves gathering data from books, journals, and scientific articles pertinent to the topic. The subsequent stage involves analyzing the data using content analysis methodology. The study reveals that the Graduate Competency Standards for early childhood education emphasize child development across religious, moral, Pancasila values, physical motor skills, cognitive abilities, language proficiency, and social-emotional aspects. At the primary education level, the focus is on aligning student preparation with Pancasila values, and enhancing literacy and numeracy competencies for further education. General secondary education aims to develop students into morally upright members of society, in alignment with Pancasila values, and to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for independent living and continued education. Vocational secondary education focuses on skills development to ensure students are capable of independent living and can pursue further education relevant to their vocation.
