Abstract
This research explores strategies to increase student-parent participation and parent participation management at KB TK Labschool Jakarta. This research uses qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the participation of parents in KB TK Labschool Jakarta has proven effective and efficient in terms of planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling. This research provides several recommendations for schools, principals, teachers, and POMG to maintain and maximize sustainable school partnerships.
