Abstract

This article aims to describe research on Darussyifa Al-Fithroh YASPIDA Sukabumi Integrated Salafi Islamic Boarding School, an Islamic educational institution that is committed to developing an environmentally sound Islamic boarding school curriculum. This curriculum aims to provide students with an understanding of the importance of protecting and preserving the environment in the context of Islamic religious teachings. The development of an environmentally friendly pesantren curriculum at Darussyifa Al-Fithroh YASPIDA Sukabumi Integrated Salafi Islamic Boarding School was carried out through several stages. First, identify the needs and potential of the environment around the pesantren. This is done by conducting environmental studies which include analysis of natural conditions, natural resources, and existing environmental problems. After identifying environmental needs and potential, the next step is to formulate learning objectives that are oriented toward developing students' awareness and responsibility for the environment. The objectives of this lesson include understanding the importance of preserving nature, using natural resources wisely, and efforts to reduce negative impacts on the environment.
