Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

A. The Guidelines for the Manuscript
1. Articles which will be submitted in INCARE, International Journal of Educational Resources is the result of the research or of the ideas in the field of education.
2. Title, Title of the article about the 15 words, give an overview of research that has been done, Cambria 12, spacing 1.
3. The author's name, complete without a title written and typed below the article title. If the author of more than one person, then added the next.
4. Originally the institution/agency, written in the name of the institution where you work (Study Program, Faculty, University). Example: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia.
5. Email address, write the email address is still active and is written under the origin of institutions /agencies.
6. Abstract, written in English and Indonesia 100-250 words. Abstract contains a brief description of the problem and research objectives, methods used, and the results of research. Typing abstract done with a single space.
7. Keywords, Number 3-5 word keyword.
8. Systematics of writing the article the results of research are: introduction; research methods; results and discussion; conclusions; bibliography.
9. Systematics of writing articles of the ideas are: introduction; discussion (can be divided into several sub-sections); conclusions; bibliography.
B. The Guidelines for Citation and References
1. Author should cite several articles from INCARE, International Journal of Educational Resources All the served data or quotes in the article taken from the other author articles should attach the reference sources. The writing format that used in INCARE, International Journal of Educational Resources follows the format applied by APA (American Psychological Association) and using the technique of writing in note.
2. All the references that used in the article must be listed in this part. In this part, all the used references must be taken from primary sources (scientific journals and the least number is 40% from all the references) that published in the last ten years. Wikipedia, personal blogs, and a non-scientific website is not permitted to be used as a reference. Each article should has at least fifteen references.
