    Additions and Changes to Several Parts of the Manuscript Template
    We inform the authors that, starting from the issue in April 2025, the INCARE, International Journal of Educational Resources adds several parts to the manuscript template on the first page of the manuscript, including:
    (1) Addition of Author's Department.
    (2) Additional information regarding manuscripts Received, Revised, Accepted, and Published.
    (3) Changes to the Footer Layout on the first page.
