Abstract

This study examines the application of technology in the teaching and learning process at Vocational High Schools as an effort to address the challenges of technological development and the increasingly complex and dynamic needs of the workforce. This topic is important because the utilization of technology is believed to contribute to improving learning quality, the effectiveness of material delivery, and strengthening students' academic competencies and skills. Vocational High School1 Katapang, was chosen as the research site because this school has implemented various forms of learning technology and digital support systems integrated into academic and administrative school activities. This study aims to describe the forms of learning, the implementation of technology, the readiness of supporting infrastructure, and the responses of educators and students to technology-based learning. The research design is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that the application of technology at Vocational High School1 Katapang, has been successful in increasing student engagement, supporting independent learning, and enriching the variety of classroom learning methods. Nevertheless, some challenges were still identified, such as limitations in internet connectivity and variations in educators' proficiency levels in optimally utilizing technology
