About the Journal
VRISPRAAK: International Journal of Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on the study and development of legal sciences from both national and international law perspectives. The journal is published by STAI Miftahul 'Ula Nganjuk and holds E-ISSN: 2597-4491.
The journal serves as an academic platform for lecturers, researchers, legal practitioners, students, and legal observers to publish research findings, conceptual studies, and critical analyses related to contemporary legal issues. The published articles cover various fields of law, including constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, Islamic law, international law, human rights, legal policy, as well as analyses of legislation and judicial decisions.
Through interdisciplinary and comparative legal approaches, VRISPRAAK aims to contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship and encourage academic discussions regarding current legal dynamics and developments.
VRISPRAAK is published four times a year, in March, June, September, and December. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope and focus.
